CALLING ALL SWIMMERS TO DESIGN THE

“HILLSBOROUGH HURRICANES 2011 T-SHIRT”

We will be having our 2^nd annual T-shirt contest to design the 2011 Hurricanes swim team t-shirt. We are looking for a design that is fun, expresses the true spirit of the team and is something you would be proud to wear.

The basic contest rules are:

1) Your design must be completed on the two attached sheets with a design for the front of the T-shirt and one for the back of the T-shirt. Please print additional forms if more than one design is being submitted per family.

2) Include the “Hurricanes” logo in your design (see attached.)

3) Include the year 2011 in your design.

4) Your design must be in COLOR. (Black, white, and red are the team’s primary colors)

5) If a quote is used, please identify the source.

6) Do not use known trademarked characters such as Sponge Bob, Snoopy, etc….

7) Please include your name on the BACK of your design. (Your name can’t be visible when we post the designs for voting)

Please submit your design no later than Friday, July 30th^t. A folder will be set up labeled “Hurricanes T-Shirt Contest” at the Hillsborough YMCA across from the Hurricanes bulletin board.

The 2011 Hurricanes T-shirt designs will be displayed and voted on by swim team members at the end of season team picnic on Sunday August 1st. The winning T-shirt will be announced by the end of August via email and it will also be displayed on the Hurricanes bulletin board in Hillsborough.
